Course Overview
Developing and understanding leadership aspects requires a foundational knowledge of leadership. This MLD training is interdisciplinary with theoretical backgrounds on related subjects such as Leadership, Management, Business, Economy, Challenge issues. The training is provided with case studies around the world, practical applications with real life examples, presentations, videos on successful leaders and workshops. The MLD (MASTERING IN LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT) TRAINING™ gives the trainees the opportunity to use knowledge of leadership issues as a vital force of change in today’s world.
The program further tackles the issues of negotiation, team effectiveness, power and relationships, social networks, and influence which are critical and complicated issues. These are the essential skills for leaders need to enhance their power, navigate the workplace, and take the lead. These experiences can cultivate an interest in social justice and develop skills to help women solve real-world problems.
